The short version. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form or send us directly. We do not sell it.

Who this applies to

Broadleaf Landscape Company, 6171 Deans St, Bailey, NC 27807. Questions about anything below: info@broadleaflandco.com or (252) 966-8387.

What we collect

When you contact us

Our contact form asks for your name and phone number, which are required, and optionally your email address, the service you are interested in, and a message. If you call, text or email us instead, we hold whatever you send.

The form also contains a hidden field that only automated bots fill in. If it is completed, the submission is discarded as spam. It collects nothing about you.

When you simply read the site

Nothing that identifies you. We run no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels. This site sets no cookies.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard server request logs — including IP address, browser type and pages requested — as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. That is ordinary web hosting, and we do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

Where that information goes

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out work, invoice, keep project records, and handle any warranty question afterwards. Nothing else.

Photographs of your property

If you become a customer, we photograph the property before, during and after work — for estimating, project records, quality control, warranty administration and dispute documentation.

We may use non-identifying project photographs in our portfolio or marketing. We will not intentionally publish your private identifying information without your authorization, and you can ask us in writing not to use photographs of your property at all. Just tell us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they may still be useful and then discarded. Customer records are kept as long as needed for the work, the warranty period, and our tax and legal obligations.

Text messages

If you text us, we hold the conversation on the business phone. We use your number to reply to you and to reach you about your property. We do not add you to a marketing list.

Your choices

Email info@broadleaflandco.com and we will deal with it.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle information — adding analytics, for example — we will update this page.
