These terms cover this website. They do not govern landscaping work. Any work Broadleaf performs is governed by the Broadleaf Master Landscape Services Agreement and the proposal, service agreement and change orders issued with it. Where this website and those documents differ, those documents control.

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own use in considering or receiving our services. Please do not scrape it, republish it commercially, or use it in a way that interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Service descriptions, photographs and general guidance on this site are provided to help you understand what we do. They are not an offer, a price, or a commitment to perform work.
A price becomes a price when it is in a written proposal issued for your property. Landscaping is site-specific: grade, soil, access and existing conditions change what a job takes, and nothing on this site accounts for the property in front of us.
Photographs fall into two categories, and we label them.
Reviews shown on this site are genuine and were left by real customers about Thomas's work. Some pre-date Broadleaf Landscape Company and were left for a business trading under another name.
The Broadleaf name, logo, wordmark, page copy, and original photographs are ours. Please do not reuse them without written permission. Design drawings and project documents we prepare remain our intellectual property except where we transfer rights in writing.
This site links to third parties, including our Facebook page and an embedded Google map on the contact page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Service areas, offerings and details change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadleaf is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this website. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not permit us to limit, and nothing here alters the terms of a signed service agreement.
