Landscape Maintenance

Landscape Maintenance Across the Triangle and Eastern NC

Scheduled grounds care for homes and commercial properties: mowing, trimming, edging and blowing on a set schedule, with shrub pruning, bed care, mulch or pine straw and seasonal color planned into the year.

What a Plan Includes

What Goes Into a Maintenance Plan

Mowing, trimming, edging and blowing keep a property orderly between visits. A broader plan can also take in:

  • Grounds management
  • Mowing and edging
  • Shrub pruning
  • Bed maintenance
  • Mulch and pine straw
  • Seasonal color
  • Spring and fall cleanups

We look at the property before recommending what belongs in the regular schedule and what should be a separate visit. Your written proposal spells out what is included; a mowing visit does not automatically include every seasonal service.

What We Do

Maintenance Services

Each one can be part of a recurring plan or a visit of its own.

Mowing and Edging

Each grass is mowed to its own height on its own calendar, so the schedule follows the grass, not the date.

Shrub Pruning

Shrubs shaped on a schedule, so hedges and specimens keep their form instead of being cut back hard once a year.

Bed Maintenance

Beds kept clean and edged to their lines between the bigger seasonal visits.

Pine Straw and Mulch

Fresh pine straw or hardwood mulch, edged clean and laid in an even layer, never piled against a trunk.

Seasonal Color

Thoughtful seasonal displays that keep your property vibrant and welcoming all year long.

Spring and Fall Cleanups

Beds cut back, cleared, and re-bedded at each turn of the season, so the property starts fresh.

A Schedule for the Property You Have

Grass type, shade, slopes, obstacles and access all affect the work. During the walkthrough we look at how the property is used and what needs attention, and visit frequency and seasonal work are agreed in your proposal rather than sold as a one-size-fits-all package.

For a home, that might mean recurring lawn care with planned shrub and bed work. For a commercial property, the conversation can include entrances, common areas and how the grounds look through the year. Commercial litter removal is handled separately, by Broadleaf’s Property Policing division.

Maintenance and Construction From One Company

When a property needs more than upkeep, Broadleaf also handles planting and bed renovations, patios and walkways, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation and landscape lighting. That work is quoted separately from recurring maintenance, so you can see each scope clearly. See Construction & Enhancements.

Broadleaf works from Bailey across the Triangle and Eastern North Carolina. In Holly Springs, our work centers on drainage, hardscaping and larger improvements, and recurring maintenance is considered when the property fits an established route. See the communities we serve.

Common Questions

Before You Call

Can I ask for lawn care alone, or a full maintenance plan?

Tell us what you need: lawn care, a broader maintenance plan or a one-time cleanup. The final scope is set out in writing.

Are shrub pruning and mulch included?

They are services Broadleaf offers, and they are included when your proposal includes them. They are not automatically part of every mowing visit.

Can Broadleaf handle improvements as well as maintenance?

Yes. Planting, patios, walls, drainage, irrigation and lighting are handled by Construction & Enhancements and scoped separately.

Tell Us What the Property Needs.

Call or text, or use the quote form. Tell us the community, the property type and the work you want included. A walkthrough leads to a clear written scope and price.
