Landscape Construction Across the Triangle and Eastern NC
Broadleaf builds and improves outdoor spaces for homeowners and businesses: hardscaping, planting, drainage, irrigation and lighting, starting with a walkthrough and a written scope.
Where a Project Starts
It Starts on the Property
Every project begins with a walkthrough: access, the existing grade, where water goes, how you want to use the space and the materials you have in mind. The work can include:
- Patios, fire pits and outdoor living
- Retaining walls, steps and walkways
- Plantings and bed renovations
- Drainage and water management
- Irrigation installation and repairs
- Landscape lighting
The proposal identifies the work included and anything priced separately.
Finished work: a brick walkway in Cary, start to finish.
What We Build
Construction Services
One project or several together, each set out in a written proposal.
Patios and Outdoor Living
Patios, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and spaces designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.
Retaining Walls, Steps and Walkways
Retaining walls, walkways, steps, and more, crafted with precision and built to last.
Plantings and Bed Renovations
Custom plantings, beds, and seasonal color that bring life, texture, and beauty to your landscape.
Drainage and Water Management
Standing water is a symptom. We find the cause, whether grading, runoff, downspouts or a buried line, before recommending a fix. Explore drainage solutions.
Irrigation and Sprinklers
New system installs plus repairs to heads, valves, and lines, with zones tuned so every bed and lawn gets what it actually needs.
Landscape Lighting
Path lights, uplighting, and wall washing that keep the property safe, usable, and striking after dark.
Planned in the Right Order
Wiring, irrigation lines and drainage are easiest to place before a patio is laid or a bed is finished, so we talk through the sequence before work begins rather than digging back into finished work.
Wall work starts with the slope, water movement and the space you want to use. Where engineering, permits or other specialized work are needed, who handles them is settled before contracting; engineering is not included unless separately contracted.
Plant and workmanship coverage is set out in your project documents and on our warranty page.
Common Questions
Before You Call
Can a patio, planting and lighting be quoted together?
Yes. Tell us which elements you want considered. The written proposal separates included work from options and other additions.
Do I get a price before work begins?
Yes. A walkthrough leads to a written scope and estimate. Material choices, quantities, access and site conditions all affect it.
Does a project include every material, delivery and permit?
Only what the proposal and contract documents specify. Review the inclusions, exclusions and options before approving the work.
